Mini Session vs Full Session: What's right for you?

"Full" Portrait Session

These are my regular portrait sessions, offered year-round and customized specifically for you. These sessions give you more time in front of the lens and a larger variety of portraits in your Gallery. During your pre-session consultation we'll select a date, time & location that best fits your family's style & schedule. I'll assist you with tips on planning your wardrobe and we'll discuss options for displaying your portraits. Your session will be about 45 mins, during which time we'll laugh and enjoy some family time as I guide you through both casually posed portraits and beautifully genuine moments (lifestyle portraits). In addition to any group portraits (family, siblings, kids w/each parent, parents, etc) we will also capture individual portraits of everyone. Your completed gallery will include at least 20 fully edited portraits. Multiple portrait collections are available for you to choose from after enjoying your Gallery.

Mini Sessions

These are "special event" and are only offered 2-3 times a year. Dates, times, and locations are pre-determined and limited session space is available. Suggestions on wardrobe style and colors for the location are offered via e-mail. I focus on capturing genuine moments and smiles, but given the shorter time period portraits are typically more gently posed in nature and less "lifestyle". Pricing includes a short & sweet portrait session along with specific products/prints. Mini Session details will vary by event, but are typically 15-20 min. sessions that include a gallery of 5 portraits to select from. These are perfect for those updating an annual portrait, creating holiday cards, etc. I don't recommend these for newborn portraits.
